# AI-generated asset notice

The PNG illustrations in this catalog were generated using OpenAI
image-generation models through the Codex Image Gen tool. Project prompts,
source images, crop rectangles, anchors, and metadata record their provenance.

The project distributes this catalog under the included [MIT licence](./LICENSE).
The licence terms and required redistribution notice are in that file. This
file records the artwork's AI origin.

OpenAI's [Terms of Use](https://openai.com/policies/terms-of-use/) and
[Europe Terms of Use](https://openai.com/policies/eu-terms-of-use/) describe
ownership of generated output as between the user and OpenAI, subject to
applicable law. Refer to the terms applicable to your use of their services.

Generation prompts are included in [IMAGEGEN-PROMPTS.md](./IMAGEGEN-PROMPTS.md)
and the `agentic/` prompt records.
