# AI-generated artwork notice

`mermaid-workflow-sheet.png` was generated using OpenAI image-generation
models through the Codex Image Gen tool. Its seven illustrations are
project-distributed assets under the [MIT licence](./LICENSE).

[MERMAID-ASSETS.md](./MERMAID-ASSETS.md) records the generation prompt and
checked crop/anchor metadata. This notice applies to that sheet.

OpenAI's [Terms of Use](https://openai.com/policies/terms-of-use/) and
[Europe Terms of Use](https://openai.com/policies/eu-terms-of-use/) describe
ownership of generated output as between the user and OpenAI, subject to
applicable law. The project's licence terms and required redistribution
notice are in the included MIT licence.
